What Haruno costs, what a subscription includes, and how billing works.
What it costs
Haruno costs $300 per company in your portfolio per month. Every feature is included: there are no plan tiers, and every company is priced the same.
A company is one company in your portfolio: a client whose books you close, or a company you invest in. Haruno calls each one a client; that is the word in folder names, commands and the dashboard. Five companies cost $1,500 a month.
Prices include tax.
What's included
Every subscription includes:
- Initial setup and direct support from our team.
- Automatic account mapping for every client.
- Balance-sheet reconciliations, in the reconciliation binder.
- Amortization and depreciation checks against each client's own policy.
- Variance explanations.
- Deferred revenue, MRR, churn and other investor metrics.
- A lock on every reported month.
- The portfolio dashboard, the statement package and the investor report.
- An AI usage allowance for questions and drafts.

Extras
Depending on how you work, these may apply on top of the per-company price:

How to buy
To subscribe, talk to us through the contact form on the home page. It helps to say how many companies are in your portfolio and whether any of the extras apply.
After you subscribe, we set up Haruno with you.
From there, Installation covers the macOS app, and First steps walks you through opening your books and your first close.
How billing works
Monthly, per company
Your subscription is billed in advance and renews automatically for the same period until you cancel. Your monthly total is $300 times the number of companies in your portfolio, tax included.
Usage allowance and promo codes
The AI usage allowance covers the questions you ask Haruno and the drafts you ask it for. How it is paced and what its meters show is on Usage allowance. Importing files and closing a month send nothing to Inferara's hosted service, so they draw nothing from the allowance.
If the Haruno team gave you a promo code, it adds credit to your account. Promo codes shows where to redeem it.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you keep access until then. How to cancel, and when a refund applies, are set out in the Terms of Use.
